Here is the list of documents that I need to begin your pre-qualification:
-Last two consecutive paystubs
-2024 and 2025 W2 and/or 1099
-1040s-2024 and 2025, all pages including W-2s and/or 1099s
-Last two months bank statements
-Copy of your drivers license
-IF REFINANCING , please include the following:
-Evidence if insurance, homeowners and flood if applicable
-copy of current survey
-copy of owners title policy
-copy of most recent mortgage payment statement
-HOA coupon, if applicable
Two recent paystubs (covering 30 days)
o If you receive bonus and/or commission we’ll need your December 31st 2024 & December 31st 2025 paystubs as well
- Two recent year w2s/1099s/k1s
- Two recent year filed Federal Tax Returns (include all schedules)
o If you have 25% or more ownership in any businesses/entities, we’ll need those tax returns as well
If you’re self-employed we’ll need a Profit & Loss statement for 2025
- Two recent and consecutive bank statement
