**Terms and Conditions of Service**

By requesting or accepting services from Big Star Wireless USA, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. **Service Scope**  
   Services are provided as discussed at scheduling. Modifications require written approval.

2. **Site Access and Cooperation**  
   Customers must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the installation site and cooperate with service scheduling.

3. **Payment Terms**  
   Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Late fees may apply to overdue balances.

4. **Limited Warranty**  
   Only manufacturer warranties apply. Service issues must be reported within 7 days of completion.

5. **Liability Waiver**  
   Big Star Wireless USA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from services or products provided.

6. **Indemnification**  
   Customers agree to indemnify Big Star Wireless USA against claims or losses due to misuse or unauthorized handling of equipment or services.
