Rental Terms & Liability Disclosure
By completing this reservation, the Renter agrees to the following legally binding terms for Big Star Rentals - Bikes & Golf Carts:
Operator Requirements: All drivers must possess a valid Driver’s License and active insurance.
Safety & Compliance: Renter must obey all traffic laws (DWI, seat belts, open containers). Max capacity is 4 passengers; no lap-riding. All passengers must remain seated during operation.
Assumption of Risk: Renter and passengers assume all risks of injury, death, or property damage. Renter is 100% financially responsible for all damages, theft, or loss of equipment.
Hold Harmless: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Big Star Rentals harmless from all claims or legal fees arising from the use of the equipment.
Geographic Restrictions: Carts are for street use only. Driving on the beach or causeway is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of the $2,500 deposit.
Refund Policy: Cancellations require 24-hour notice.
