Life-changing connections can come from anywhere–all they need is an opportunity. That’s what happened one afternoon when Namita Tirath met a waiter with a computer science degree who was struggling to find a job as a programmer. Tirath, then the co-founder of Pyramid Consulting, was both inspired by the waiter’s potential and frustrated by his lack of access to proper training and the right connections. She became determined to find individuals with similar talents and help them pave the way for fulfilling careers.
And thus GenSpark was born.
Embodying a commitment to bridging the technology training gap, GenSpark is a training and employment services provider that tailors career programs to individuals at different stages of their tech career journey, empowering underrepresented professionals and preparing them for success.
Since its inception, GenSpark has trained countless candidates in over thirty career tracks, with 90% of students landing jobs through the program at organizations such as Bank of America, Delta Airlines, Accenture, and Fannie Mae.
Connections fuel GenSpark
Making connections that can change people’s lives is at the heart of GenSpark’s business, and they turned to HiHello to help maximize those relationships and ensure that every connection has maximum potential.
