Enterprise is one we deploy with you. We work with your marketing, sales, IT, security and procurement teams to roll out HiHello with the integrations, brand controls and governance your organization requires. A dedicated implementation specialist and account manager assist with the rollout and stay with you afterward. Built for scale, starting at 100 users.
Enterprise also lets you size the two capabilities separately. You give professional presence to everyone who represents your brand, and add lead capture for the customer-facing teams who need it, in whatever quantities fit your organization.

There is no free plan for teams, but HiHello Business includes a 14-day free trial for teams of five or more.

A scan is a paper business card or event badge you capture with the Universal Contact Scanner so HiHello can turn it into a contact. HiHello Personal includes 5 scans a month, and HiHello Professional includes 20, or unlimited with the add-on. HiHello Business includes 50 scans per user each month, pooled across your team, so one person working a conference can draw on the whole team’s allowance. HiHello Enterprise is unlimited. Other people can scan your own HiHello QR code as often as they like, on every plan.
Yes. HiHello Business and HiHello Enterprise include CRM Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Contacts can also sync to Google Contacts and Outlook. Email Signature Manager deploys signatures to Gmail and Outlook, and Virtual Backgrounds work in Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Business includes directory sync with Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID. Enterprise adds Okta, Workday, any SAML or SCIM provider, and a real-time contact webhook for custom or proprietary CRMs.
Yes. HiHello is SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR Ready, and meets CCPA requirements. HiHello is the only digital identity platform registered under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. Email signatures are applied natively within your own email infrastructure, so your outbound mail is never routed through third-party servers. We never sell your data, and that’s in writing. HiHello Business is for teams of 5 to 100 users and costs $5 per user per month billed yearly ($60 per user a year), or $6 per user billed monthly.
HiHello Enterprise is for organizations of 100 or more users, with pricing built around your deployment.
HiHello Business starts at five users and covers teams of up to 100. Every seat costs $5 per user per month billed yearly, or $6 billed monthly, with a five-seat minimum. The per-user price drops when your team reaches 26 users and again at 51 users. For 100 or more users, HiHello Enterprise is the right fit.

Yes. HiHello Professional and HiHello Business can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves up to 25% for some plans.
Yes. You can cancel HiHello Professional or HiHello Business at any time from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
No. HiHello Professional is an individual plan for one person. To manage cards, signatures and backgrounds for a team from one admin dashboard, choose HiHello Business or HiHello Enterprise.
