How do you use ice breaker questions successfully?
Ice breaker questions can be used in many different scenarios. If you are in a group, opt for an ice breaker game and try to keep groups small. For virtual ice breakers on Slack, make a channel dedicated to chatting and getting to know each other. For one-on-one conversations, try to ask questions that fit the discussion and see if the conversation can move on organically before peppering them with more questions.
