How to upload a badge to your digital business card.
Adding a badge to your HiHello digital business card is simple and can be done while creating or editing your card.
1. Open the HiHello app or log in to the web app and select the card you want to add a badge to.
2. Begin editing your card.
3. On the Display tab, go to the Badge section, and tap Add.
4. Choose to either upload an image from your device or search for a pre-existing badge.
5. Crop your badge, select Choose, then Add.
6. Select "Save" to confirm the changes to your card.
The ideal size for badges is the highest resolution available. Badges are resized to a width of 256 pixels, with the height adjusted to maintain the correct aspect ratio.

Which inspired us to create fun badges as you make more and more connections. When you make new contacts in HiHello, you’re working towards milestones where you can earn badges.
When you reach those milestones, we’ll send you an email with your badge, so you can add it to your digital business cards. Here’s how:
1. When you receive an email with a badge, click Download Badge.
2. Go to your card, and edit it.
3. On the Display tab, go to the Badge section, and tap Add.
4. Upload your badge.
5. Crop your badge, select Choose, then Add.
6. Select "Save" to confirm the changes to your card.

Badges will always appear the same size on your digital business card, but you can crop them to maximize their space. The location of your badges on your card is dependent on the card design you choose.

No, you can add as many badges to your card as you want!
Can I create my own custom badges, or do I have to use pre-existing ones?
How you use badges is entirely up to you, use existing badges, logos, images, etc., or create your own custom badges to showcase anything you’d like.
Are badges visible on my email signature or virtual background?
Badges are visible on your digital business card but are not currently visible on any of HiHello’s virtual background or email signature designs. When someone interacts with your virtual background or email signature to view your card, they’ll see your badges then.
How do I remove badges from my card?
To remove badges from your card, from the edit menu, scroll down to the badges section and click the X over the badge you wish to remove.
Are badges available on all HiHelllo plans?

What are the HiHello contact milestones?
