HiHello is the leading digital business card app for organizations of all sizes. If your company recently signed up for HiHello Business or HiHello Enterprise, you’ll receive an email or text message with instructions on how to claim your new digital business card.
Before you can begin sharing your new business card, you’ll need to claim your card to activate your account. Follow the steps below to get started with HiHello and claim your card on your computer:
How to claim your business card on a computer
1. Look for an email from HiHello and click Claim My Card.
2. Log in or create an account.
If you are already logged into a HiHello account, your company-issued card will appear in your Cards tab. If you do not already have an existing HiHello account, enter your work email address, create a password, and click Create an Account.
3. Your Card will appear in your account and is ready to be shared.
Congratulations, you now have your very own HiHello digital business card! You can now begin sharing your card using email, text message, and QR code.
After claiming your card on a computer, you can access your digital business card on the HiHello mobile app. The mobile app is great for easy card sharing—we recommend that all users download the mobile app.
To do this, open your phone’s camera and scan the Go Mobile QR code on the Cards tab of the HiHello web app. Once scanned, you'll be prompted to download the mobile HiHello app. After the app downloads, you’ll have access to your account on iOS or Android.
